Data visualisation

Much of my work has involved visualising data of various different types. This has included interactive visualisation of genomic regions, summaries of relationships between n-dimensional data points, FACS data and a number of different types of data. These visualisations have been performed using a range of tools written in C++ or R. This page contains some of my favourite examples.

Note, that I include microscopy data within this category, as with the exception of the simplest imaging procedures, all microscopic images are the result of some sort of mathematical pipeline.
